We are a family of 100 churches throughout 10 counties in Greater Dayton, Ohio. We work together to see the gospel grow by encouraging pastors & equipping churches. Thriving churches who multiply are led by healthy pastors.
We work together to support each other in obeying the Great Commission. Sharing resources, coaching pastors, planting churches, and encouraging pastors are a few of our top priorities.

Encouraging Pastors
Ministry is tough; yet thriving churches who multiply are led by healthy shepherds who serve their flocks in abundant joy.
We want to help.
We facilitate connection among church leaders by organizing regional fellowship groups and by connecting pastors with biblical counselors.
Resourcing Churches
We have a vast network of coaches and mentors for pastors. We also provide a number of exciting and helpful material resources for our member churches.
Serving our churches this way helps alleviate the burden on your particular church, by sharing common goods including a block party trailer, books, media content, and more!
Multiplying Gospel Growth
We desire to see the Gospel grow in our city, and thriving churches inevitably plant new churches.
We’ll come along side you as you plan a new church, providing guidance on specific geographic areas of need, leadership training, finances, as well as connecting church planters with each other to link arms.
