This event is either an official church ministry, and/or my pastor(s) is supportive of using this GDAB resource for this event. I agree to return all equipment in good condition, as it was received, and to report any problems with or damage to the equipment.

Hold Harmless / Indemnification Agreement
We accept full responsibility for the care, use, and safe operation of all borrowed equipment during the rental period, including transportation, setup, and return. We agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GDAB, its staff, officers, and board members from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses — including reasonable attorney's fees — arising from our use of the equipment, including any injury to persons or damage to property. We acknowledge that our church carries sufficient liability insurance to cover any incidents occurring during the use of borrowed equipment, and that GDAB bears no responsibility for ensuring such coverage. We further confirm that all activities conducted with borrowed equipment will comply with applicable laws and safety standards.

Tent Trailer Requirements
A training/certification session is required before using the tent trailer. Please contact GDAB to schedule this before your event. Additionally, it is your responsibility to determine whether a permit is required to erect the tent in your area.
Vehicle requirements: The tent trailer weighs approximately 13,000 lbs. and requires at minimum a 250 or 2500 series truck to pull it. Do not tow in overdrive. The trailer is equipped with either a 2" or 2 5/16" ball hitch — confirm that your ball matches or exceeds the trailer's GVWR and that the diameter matches the coupler before pickup.
Pickup location: The tent trailer is stored at a separate location from the other GDAB trailers — 859 State Route 202, Troy, OH 45373. Do not go to the GDAB Hub for this trailer.

Instructions on picking up the trailer and codes for the lock will be emailed to you with the confirmation. Please return the trailer by 9:00am on your return date. Pulling the trailer requires a 1/2 ton vehicle, although a 3/4 ton vehicle is recommended for the safest pulling.
