Annual Church Profile (ACP)

What might seem like unimportant and boring statistical reporting is both a helpful way for us to keep track of member churches and an amazing tool for us as we partner together in ministry. The information collected by the ACP surveys help us to better serve you as an association and to monitor the health and effectiveness of our ministries as we seek to obey the Great Commission.

The ACP surveys open on September 1 and are due each year by Thanksgiving. If you have a question or need help filling out the survey, please feel free to email us at office@gdab.org or call 937-233-3999 or you can contact the SBC directly at sbcworkspace@lifeway.com.

The easiest way: The GDAB App

  1. Tap the menu (3 horizontal lines in the top right corner)

  2. Tap SBC Workspace

  3. Fill out “ACP Statistical Profile” to complete the 2026 Annual Church Profile Survey

  4. Fill out “Leadership Profile” to update the information about your church’s leaders (this information can also be updated at any time)

  5. Click Submit

Alternative Method:

  1. Go directly to www.sbcworkspace.com

  2. Login using your SBC church number and passcode. These are the same every year. If you don’t remember your login information, contact us at office@gdab.org or 937-233-3999

  3. Click “ACP Statistical Profile” to complete the 2026 Annual Church Profile Survey

  4. Click “Leadership Profile” to update the information about your church’s leaders (this information can also be updated at any time)

If your church would prefer to fill out these surveys on paper, call or email us and we can get a packet mailed out to you.
