Every October, leaders from churches across the Greater Dayton Association of Baptists gather for our biggest meeting of the year! Join us for an evening of preaching, fellowship, and shared purpose in the work God has called us to.
This year's theme, drawn from Colossians 1:28–29, is a reminder of why we labor: not for our own name, but to proclaim Jesus Christ — presenting everyone mature in Christ, toiling with the energy He supplies.

We're honored to welcome Dr. Phil A. Newton as our guest speaker this year. Phil pastored South Woods Baptist Church in Memphis, TN, for 35 years before retiring in 2022. He now serves as Director of Pastoral Care and Mentoring for The Pillar Network and as a visiting professor at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He's the author of several books on eldership and pastoral ministry, including Elders in the Life of the Church and Shepherding the Pastor. Phil and his wife, Karen, live in Germantown, TN.
