In this workshop, we will explore what it looks like to cultivate this kind of culture of mutual soul care in the local church. We’ll consider practical ways pastors and ministry leaders can begin equipping their people, develop plans for care, and foster a church culture where members increasingly see themselves as active participants in caring for and counseling one another.

Presenter
Nick Rundlett serves as Associate Pastor for Equipping at Centerville Christian Fellowship in Centerville, Ohio, where he leads the church’s discipleship and Biblical Counseling ministries. He holds degrees in Ministry and Biblical Counseling from Shepherd’s Seminary and The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
