Director of operations
We are seeking a highly organized and mission-minded Director of Operations to support the execution of our vision through operational leadership, organizational systems, and effective communication. The Director of Operations is a key member of the ministerial leadership team, responsible for the day-to-day administration and operational oversight of the Association. This individual takes ownership of ensuring that financial stewardship, ministry initiatives, office management, communication strategies, and event coordination are aligned with our mission and carried out with excellence.

Ministry Assistant
We are seeking a Ministry Assistant who will serve as a key partner in ministry, supporting the Associational Missionary, GDAB staff, and local churches through communication, coordination, and administrative care that advances the mission of our churches together.

Our goal is two fold. To strengthen existing churches and plant new churches.
Churches want to multiply. A flourishing church who multiplies is a church who is shaped by the gospel and shares the gospel. Flourishing churches are led by healthy pastors.
