tOOLS AND tECHNIQUES FOR TIME MANAGEMENT

Part of the calling God has given each of us is to equip the Christians in our churches to lovingly speak into one another’s lives, bear one another’s burdens, and care for hurting and struggling brothers and sisters.

In this workshop, we will explore what it looks like to cultivate this kind of culture of mutual soul care in the local church. We’ll consider practical ways pastors and ministry leaders can begin equipping their people, develop plans for care, and foster a church culture where members increasingly see themselves as active participants in caring for and counseling one another.
